Learning to practice self-love can sometimes feel like using a butter knife to chop down a tall forest of trees and making a path through the jungle.
· Make time for your-self: It may feel impossible to do even 10 to 15 minutes is better than nothing
· Getting to know your big emotions self-love means paying attention to your feelings.
· Meditation comes with many emotional, physical, and spiritual benefits.
· Say something nice to yourself in the mirror everyday at least once a day.
